FEE SCHEDULE 

The prices below do not include the VAT charge at 15%, which is refundable on voluntary registration with the VAT office. 
 

A. New registered international business company:

. Application to the Registrar of Companies for company name.
. Issue of certificate of incorporation.
. Issue of certificate of shareholders.
. Issue of certificate of directors.
. Issue of certificate of registered office address.
. Share certificate.
. Memorandum and Articles of Association.
. Legalisation of the four incorporation docs mentioned above.
. Issue of tax certificate. 
. Express Courrier fee.
. Company Seal.
. Initial Tax advising.
 

2. Bank a/c                                                                       Euro 170

Opening of bank a/c with Bank of Cyprus Ltd or Laiki Bank Ltd, with internet access  and funds transfers facility by the use of sophisticated
Security codes.

3. Annual Professional fees

4. Annual administration fees                                          34 Euro/hour
5. Bookeeping fees                                                          34 Euro/hour

The Fee includes the preparation and audit of financial statements in accordance with International Accounting Standards,  the filing of the income tax return with the income tax authorities, and the filing of the annual return and financial statements with the Registrar of Companies.
The price increases in accordance with the complexity of preparation and degree of responsibility.

7. Translation of financial statements in Greek for filing at the Regitrar of Companies       Min. Euro 100
8. Please ask for the costs to establish a fully fledged office  in Cyprus eg. rent, Director's remuneration, etc.
